Darth Vader

Anakin Skywalker, later known as Darth Vader,
was the son of Shmi Skywalker, the husband of Padmé Amidala, and the father of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa.

He was discovered by Qui-Gon Jinn on the desert planet Tatooine and after his death he was trained as a Jedi by Obi-Wan Kenobi.
He was considered the chosen one who, according to an ancient prophecy, would restore balance to power.

In the Clone Wars he was one of the most skillful and famous Jedi Knights and one of the best pilots in the galaxy-
Also known as a Jedi General of the Clone Warriors, who was considered a hero in the entire galaxy.

His individuality, arrogance and fear of loss enabled the Sith Lord Darth Sidious to draw Anakin to the dark side of the Force.
In this way he became the Sith Darth Vader.

Sidious did not erase all good in him, however, and therefore Luke Skywalker was later able
to convert his father and bring him back to the light side.
